GRC Manager (Governance, Risk and Compliance)

Job Description:
The GRC Manager will oversee the organization’s governance, risk, and compliance framework. This role ensures that the company operates in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC framework and strategy.

  2. Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  3. Assess organizational risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

  4. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance.

  5. Develop and deliver GRC training programs for staff.

  6. Prepare and submit reports on compliance and risk status to senior management.

  7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with GRC objectives.

  8. Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in GRC.

  9. Advise senior leadership on risk and compliance matters.

  10. Assist in crisis management and business continuity planning.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in GRC or risk management roles.

  • Strong understanding of GRC tools, regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA) preferred.
