Business Analyst

Job Description:
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose solutions to improve processes and drive business growth. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business objectives are met efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  3. Develop detailed business and functional specifications for new projects.

  4. Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

  5. Create process models and workflow diagrams.

  6. Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions.

  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  8. Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.

  9. Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred.
