Benefits
- Pay Range: $45 – $50 per hour on W2
Responsibilities
- As the IT Release & Major Incident Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless IT releases and effective major incident management, minimizing disruption to business operations
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and continuous improvement throughout the release and incident management processes
- This role requires availability for after-hours and weekend support for major incident resolution
- Coordinate and execute IT release planning and execution, ensuring stakeholder sign-off and readiness for release testing cycles
- Monitor deployment progress, escalating critical issues and publishing release dashboards and metrics
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication across various levels, ensuring alignment and regular updates on release performance and issue resolution
- Lead major incident management efforts, including initiation of incident bridges and effective communication with stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in release and incident management processes, adhering to ITIL Change Management practices
